Special Events

Our onsite meeting/reception room is the ideal place to host your gathering while in Panama City Beach. Whether it be a wedding reception, anniversary party, sports team meeting or any other event, we can accommodate your group however it is needed.

Wedding reception/anniversary
Reception room can set as many as 35-45 guests. Set up includes guest tables, head table, cake & gift table, and buffet table. A television and DVD player are also available for viewing slide shows, tribute videos, etc.
For a small fee, we can provide table linens and minimal table decorations. Notary service and officiant are on property as well, if needed.

Conference
Conference table seating can accommodate 40-50 persons. Also included in set up are a large screen TV, DVD player and coffee service.

Lecture/meeting
Meeting area can seat 35-45 persons, and can be set up several ways, depending on what your team/group/club needs are. Provided in set up are large screen TV, DVD player and coffee service. Ideal for team meetings/award ceremonies, small private classes, agency meetings, and hobby/club gatherings, such as scrapbooking, knitting or quilting.
